Welcome, Beautiful Soul:

I’m so grateful you’re here. I truly believe we find each other when the time is right. If you’ve landed on this page, trust that you were guided here. Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads, feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply longing for connection or something more.

I understand — I’ve been there, too.

For years, I quieted my intuition and tucked away my gifts, trying to fit into spaces that didn’t truly see me. Like so many, I craved acceptance and belonging, even if it meant turning down the volume of my own inner knowing.

But eventually, something stirred within me, a longing for more.

Through moments of pain, deep reflection, and brave choices, I found the way back to myself. I began to reclaim my gifts — as an energy healer, intuitive, teacher, and guide — and step fully into the life I was meant to live.

Today, I weave wisdom from every chapter of my life to support others on their own journeys:

✨ Years spent in teaching and ministry
✨ A profound path of personal healing and intuitive awakening
✨ Certifications in Reiki, Sound Healing, Access Bars®, and more
✨ And, perhaps most importantly, the lived experience of choosing myself, unapologetically, again and again as I allowed myself to rise and shine

Now, it’s my calling — and my joy — to hold space for others as they do the same.
Through intuitive coaching, energy healing, sound, development classes, and compassionate guidance, I help my clients release, reconnect, and realign with the truest parts of themselves — so they too can live with clarity, joy, and deep inner freedom.

Below, I’ve shared more of my personal journey. It’s tender and honest, because I believe in meeting each other with realness and love — right where we are.

If any of this resonates, know that you are not alone. When you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My Journey

  • My journey began in a small town in Michigan, where I spent cherished summers at The Lake, deeply connected to nature and the quiet whispers of the universe. As an only child, I found comfort in astrology, animals, vivid dreams, and the unseen energies around me — all early signs of the intuitive gifts I would one day fully embrace.

But life led me down a path where those gifts were not always welcomed.

In my late teens, seeking healing and belonging after profound personal pain, I was introduced to a Non-Denominational Christian church. Eager to find peace, I immersed myself in faith, yet within that space, I was taught that my natural sensitivities and spiritual abilities were "wrong." Out of a desire to feel worthy and accepted, I learned to suppress them — burying my gifts for nearly two decades.

Years later, after the birth of my fourth child, the weight of expectations — as a mother, wife, teacher, and faithful believer — became too heavy to carry. Exhausted from trying to meet impossible standards while raising a neurodiverse family and running a homeschool co-op, I found myself in the depths of depression. When I reached out for support, I was met not with compassion, but with blame.

That heartbreak became a turning point.

Something deep within me stirred — a knowing that the life I was living no longer honored my soul. It was then that I chose to begin a new journey. A journey of self-acceptance, self-love, and the courageous reclamation of the intuitive gifts I had once hidden away.

This was the first step home — back to myself.

  • As my inner world began to stir, so did my desire to seek truth — not just the version I had been taught, but a truth that resonated deep within my soul.

Driven by this calling, I devoted myself to a personal and intensive study of Christianity and the Bible, viewing it through the lens of history rather than doctrine. For two years, I immersed myself in research, exploring the original languages and uncovering new layers of meaning. What I discovered often felt at odds with the teachings I had long accepted.

I shared these revelations with my husband, and together, we began to realize that our evolving beliefs no longer aligned with the doctrines we had once embraced.

During this profound period of awakening, I began to allow my intuitive gifts to resurface — gently at first, through the church-accepted role of the prophetic. Traveling to various states and countries, my husband and I offered teachings and shared messages, reconnecting with a sense of spiritual vitality I had not felt in years.

Yet, the more I honored my intuitive nature and questioned the limits of tradition, the more evident the divide became. In 2014, we approached the pastoral staff with love and honesty, seeking open conversation about our discoveries. Instead, we were met with resistance, judgment, and ultimately, painful religious rejection.

Though heartbreaking, this experience became a profound turning point.

Leaving the church and community we once called home required immense courage — but it was also an act of deep self-liberation.

By releasing the remnants of my past, I made space for something new: a path of authenticity, personal empowerment, and spiritual sovereignty.

  • In 2018, my family and I relocated to Virginia — a move that symbolized far more than a change in geography.
It was a conscious departure from a version of myself that no longer reflected who I truly was.

Here, in the quiet spaces of new beginnings, I gave myself full permission to continue exploring spirituality in a way that honored my own truth. I began to trust my intuition fully, even when its guidance felt unfamiliar or bold. Without judgment or fear, I reclaimed my unique gifts — and in doing so, I uncovered a profound sense of empowerment, freedom, and authenticity.

With a growing desire to support others on their own journeys, I enrolled in The Institute of Life Coaching in 2019. Upon completing my studies in 2021, I earned my Board Certified Coaching credentials in both Life Coaching and Holistic Health and Wellness. This step felt like the natural unfolding of my path — blending my lived experience with the tools to guide and empower others.

Today, I reside in Haymarket, Virginia with my loving husband, our four incredible children, and our two beloved rescue pups and two amazing rescue kitties. My healing work often includes my sweet lab Magnolia May, who is in training as an emotional support animal and lovingly holds space during transformative moments with clients.

My days are rooted in simplicity and spirit — whether spending time on my back deck, listening to the gentle sounds of nature, pulling oracle cards, or playing my forest flutes under the open sky.

I believe deeply in the power of unconditional love, acceptance, and honoring every soul’s unique path. Through my work, I am honored to walk beside others as they awaken, heal, and return home to themselves — just as I have done.
