We’ll begin with The Current, a 45-minute, strength-based, music-driven movement class led by Ryan. This dynamic experience blends familiar, repetitive, and cyclical movements with cardiovascular work to build strength, endurance, and a deeper mind–body connection. Expect a sweaty, energizing, cortisol-flushing, lymph-moving experience that meets you exactly where you are. Open to all levels.
After class, stay and sink into a restorative sound bath with Julie. Through soothing sound and vibration, this portion of the experience supports nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic integration—allowing your body and mind to fully receive the benefits of movement.
